Kaitlyn Harrington is a theatre artist from Central Florida, with a passion for mentoring the upcoming generation of theatrical artists. The past 15+ years, she has participated in 100+ productions, festivals, and large-scale special events. She also earned a Bachelor’s in Theatre Arts Management and Direction from Rollins College in 2018.

Kaitlyn went on to achieve a Master’s in Human Resources with Honors from Rollins College and became SHRM certified professional in 2023. Currently, she works as a Solutions Architect for SHRM Business.
